For me, Bjork's album Post was the album where she really found her voice and took off from there. It goes off in a hundred directions and styles, but always sounds cohesive. It also contains my favorite song from her, "Hyperballad," which is simply sublime. And if you ever get the chance to hear her sing this live, you will be in for a treat.
