Battles returns with the first single from their upcoming sophomore album Gloss Drop. Despite the loss of lead singer Tyondai Braxton, the band still sounds like Battles, keeping their loopy humor intact. "Ice Cream" starts off disjointed, but all the balls in the air eventually catch up with each other turning into a lovely, oddball track. Listen to the track below. The album is set for release on June 6.
