Art School Girlfriend is the solo project of London musician/singer Polly Mackey. "Outside," taken from her new EP In the Blue Hour, is atmospheric pop at its best, marrying Mackey's ethereal vocals with cavernous percussion and waves of shimmering keyboards and low bass rumbles.
