While the definite touchstone here is the icy, desolateness of Burial, Swedish duo Gidge (a.k.a. Jonatan Nilsson and Ludvig Stolterman) bring a slightly more playful attitude to the proceedings. Over a languid 6 + minutes, this track unfolds gorgeously with stately synths, warped vocal samples, and ping-ponging effects.
