"HI 5" is the third teaser single off of Frost Children's upcoming record Speed Run. It's their sleekest song yet with rubbery basslines, splashy synths, thick drum programming, and hyperactive vocals.

Daughter's first album in 7 years will be released next month, it will be titled Stereo Mind Game. The third single from the record is the gauzy rocker "Swim Back." 

Depeche Mode - "Don't Say You Love Me"

Depeche Mode is back with Memento Mori, their first album without Andy Fletcher, who passed away last year. "Don't Say You Love Me" is a sweeping, noir-esque mid-tempo ballad with strings, tremolo guitar, and one of Dave Gahan's most impassioned vocals.

Synth-punkers MSPAINT just released their debut record, the blistering Post-American. "Free From The Sun" revels in fuzzed-out bass, waves of synths, and singer DeeDee's sung/barked vocals.

Effy - "Get Down"

UK producer Effy throws down a hardcore rave track that is breathtaking in its intensity. 

Rhye - "A Quiet Voice"

From the gorgeous EP Passing, "A Quiet Voice" is a hauntingly delicate ballad from Rhye. 

Fever Ray - "Even It Out"

Fever Ray's excellent third record Radical Romantics comes out today. I'm obsessed with the song "Even It Out, " an anti-bullying song aimed at her son's former nemesis: "This is for Zacharias/ Who bullied my kid in high school/ There’s no room for you/ And we know where you live." The song was co-produced with Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, who gives the track an ominous, industrial vibe. The accompanying video is an homage to John Waters' movie Female Trouble.

Arlo Parks - "Impurities"

"Impurities" is the second single from Arlo Parks' upcoming sophomore album My Soft Machine. The loping, trip-hop-like track is about finding acceptance in your own community.

Róisín Murphy - "CooCool (Produced by DJ Koze)"

The incomparably kooky and quirky Róisín Murphy returns with a new collaboration with German producer DJ Koze on the enchanting downtempo disco track "CooCool." It's quite delightful.

Dark and foreboding track from Dutch artist Robin Kester's album Honeycomb Shades. The song is about how a cherished childhood memory is later tainted by what she found out later on. The song features a shuffling beat, sinister synths, and fractured guitars that provide a perfect backdrop to Kester's ethereal vocals. 

Obey Robots - "One Of These Days"

Obey Robots is the duo of Rat (Ned's Atomic Dustbin) and Laura Kidd (Penfriend / She Makes War). Their album One In A Thousand is a solid collection of power pop. "One Of These Days" is a potent mix of driving drums, jangly guitars, and Kidd's compelling voice that erupts on the killer chorus.
